There's so much about this show that makes me bawl like a baby. I'm dead serious when I say that practically
every time I listen to this show, I start crying. It's so much softer and gentle with it's beauty than most shows I've heard. The worst times it gets me is when I'm thinking about all the people to march before me; thousands of marchers have been through my program, and they would be proud of all the work I put in!

The Liquid segment. OUUUGGHHH. God. It makes me unnecessarily sentimental everytime I hear it. As much as I love the repertoire for this show, I
have to talk about the narration. It's taken from the short film
Ellis, but it fits so perfectly into drum corps.

People of every color, shape and size. And I think about all those people who did... All of those that made it..." I am seriously going to die. It makes me cry so damn hard. THEY WERE AT LAST HOME!!! HOME IN THEIR CORPS AND IN THEIR COMMUNITIES!!

I'm listening to it while I'm writing this and I have to try not to tear up. THE SOLOS. THE SOLO AROUND THE 10 MINUTE MARK. It's barely got any music in the background, except for some stabs and crescendos from high brass. The way it rises and falls like the tide, and how there's so many moments of near silence before
huge hits?? The front ensemble SOUNDING LIKE THE WIND?? Don't piss me off I'm so emotional.

The best use of uniforms I've ever seen. Not only are the uniforms themselves pretty, but the
color sorting ? I started tearing up just for my love of this art form. The hoops used by brass/color guard were sick, though I do wish they had some sort of larger props. I think if tasteful it could've added so much to the show! I did lose my mind whenever their shakos lit up, I just love use of light in shows. It should be so much more commonplace!!
